It was a fun little vacation on the first day of 2016. We stopped for breakfast at Perkins in Pocatello for a wonderful meal that started the day and the year off right.
We stopped at a grocery store to stock up on snacks.
Our hotel room in Rexburg had two rooms.
Jack said, "I feel like a king." Why? "iPad, chips ahoy, tv, my own little room."
It was fun to relax after swimming in the pool while Brad drove into West Yellowstone.
he came back and we went to Walmart, which didn't have any Transformers or Legos.
We ordered Applebees take out and watched Elf in the hotel room. We slept really well.
In the morning it was -13 degrees outside. We stopped at Perkins for breakfast again. We love it there.
We had a nice drive home. It was a great time!
