On Saturday mornings, Brad takes Jack for a couple hours to do something fun. Lately, they have been going to the mall before the stores are open to walk around, ride the rides, and eat in the food court.Jack used to like me to come along everywhere, but now says with authority, "Just Jack and Dad, not Mom!" We love to hear it! After the hundredth time, he became so forceful that we decided we should stop encouraging his attitude. It is funny to us, in this occasion about me, but not funny if it were about someone else. We told him he needs to ask nicely. So now he tilts his head and says in a quiet falsetto voice, "No Mom, please."
He knows how to turn on the charm!!
