Meet Mickey!

Meet the newest member of our family, Mickey!
He is a min pin chihuahua mix and seven months old.

We are not dog people. But as we drove up to Walmart this morning after Jack and Dad's trip to the mall, Brad and I both saw a young boy walking an energetic little dog and thought how fun it would be for Jack to have a cute little dog like that one.

Then we noticed the huge dog rescue fair in front of the store. We looked at all the dogs. This one came back fron his walk and Jack was so gentle and cute with it. We found out that the price for him was less than the shots, chip and nuetering he already had done!

So we did it! He is ours! The rescue shelter had named him Cuddles because he is so cuddly. We have named him Mickey. Jack likes to call him Mickey Mouse. He follows us around and cuddles every time we sit down. Here's to our new adventure!!
