Little wolf

You can't see it, but there is a 'little wolf' with us in this alligator boat at the zoo. Jack says he is a little 'yeyoe' (yellow) wolf. He comes with us occasionally on our trips to Lagoon or the store, or anywhere really; the little wolf just shows up. We hold him in our hands and pet him or have him run with us. We call to him, "run little wolf, run!" when we need to hurry up.
This little wolf is actually the second little wolf. The first little wolf showed up at Grandma's house one day to play. Then a few days later, as I was flushing the toilet, Jack told me frantically, that the little wolf was going down the toilet. Unwillingly to pretend to save him, I asked Jack if the wolf could swim up. No! Jack hung his head and sighed and acted so sad that the little wolf was gone. We went to go tell Dad that the little wolf got flushed down the toilet and was gone. We told Dad. Dad was expressing sympathy and we were lamenting with Jack, when all of a sudden Jack put up one finger and said excitedly, " a no! new lidlo wolf!" which meant: "I know! let's get a new little wolf!" He was so proud of his idea to keep the little wolf going.
So the little wolf continues to follow us around from time to time.
