Let's go fly a kite

Today was a perfect day to fly kites. We went to the "snake park" and had a great time! We raced to see who could get their kite up the highest. I think my kite won.

We tied our kites to two hydrants and sat on a big rock to watch them. One of our kites kept taking nose dives. The last time it dove, it landed over a fence in someone's backyard. A man kindly handed it back to us.

One time, I got up to relaunch our wayward kite. Dad said, "Now that is a great Mom over there."

Jack said, "Now this is a great Dad over here!" and gave a sweet hug to Brad. Awww!
