By the time we got to the carousel, we were TIRED.
Our blog purpose: an alternative to scrapbooking, which is daunting and never started even with every tool and gadget!

Saturday Afternoon South Coast Plaza
We played with Jack's rocket at MetroPoint while shopping in Nordstrom Rack and Marshall's. We were hungry so we shared some nuts, taffy and a Sprite in Loehman's. Who knew that if a little boy spits a piece of taffy into a bottle of Sprite, a volcano will occur. Sorry Loehman's. let's go across the street to South Coast Plaza.
Jack wanted to pose in front of the robot in the Toy Store window display.
And in front of the dinosaur.
And in front of the butterfly of the Rainforest Cafe. We looked all over the gift shop and found a little tree frog souvenir.
By the time we got to the carousel, we were TIRED.
And last of all, we picked out a purple balloon with a flashing light on the inside which projects stars in a dark room.
We played with the balloon in the hotel room. On Sunday, the next day, we had to drive home. the balloon was too big and annoying to make the trip with us. with only a little encouragement, Jack decided to give his balloon to Riley Fink. "Come here Riley, I have a prize for you." He so kindly walked her to the car and handed it to her. She was amazed. We were proud of Jack!!
By the time we got to the carousel, we were TIRED.
